Each month I select 20 songs (10 songs twice a month) that I am either hooked on or am curious about. Most of the music I select are rock, hip-hop, R&B and pop songs.
My song selection comes from 20-30 CDs I get from various sources each month, as well as recommendations from iTunes and Amazon. I also check out the charts in US, UK and Japan.
Could we now say that Eminem is officially back? His latest album, Recovery sold over 740,000 copies in its first week, and has been #1 for three weeks in a row (and projected to be four). The first single, “
Not Afraid” became a #1 hit, and the second single, “Love the Way You Lie” featuring Rihanna is sitting at #2 position, probably going to take the #1 position soon. Big credit to the UK producer Alex da Kid, who produced this track as well as
