About This Site
Each month I select 20 songs (10 songs twice a month) that I am either hooked on or am curious about. Most of the music I select are rock, hip-hop, R&B and pop songs.
My song selection comes from 20-30 CDs I get from various sources each month, as well as recommendations from iTunes and Amazon. I also check out the charts in US, UK and Japan.
When surfer chick, Colbie Caillat came out in 2007 with “Bubbly” she was an instant star. She was cute, and so was the song. This month she releases her sophomore album, Breakthrough, which supposedly got a lot of help from American Idol judge, Kara Dioguardi (though not on this single). The music video for this song features Bobby Moynihan from SNL. It’s a cute song once again, but I think it lacks the charm “Bubbly” had.
