About This Site
Each month I select 20 songs (10 songs twice a month) that I am either hooked on or am curious about. Most of the music I select are rock, hip-hop, R&B and pop songs.
My song selection comes from 20-30 CDs I get from various sources each month, as well as recommendations from iTunes and Amazon. I also check out the charts in US, UK and Japan.
R&B singer, Ne-Yo tries something new on this track. Unlike his previous albums where most of the songs were slower paced R&B style, he tackles the dance floor with the help of producer Stargate (who recently had a hit with Rihanna’s “Don’t Stop the Music”). It’s a decent track, but in the end, I started to think that it would’ve sounded better if Usher had done the same song. At least this song is a big hit in the UK right now. It will be interesting to see how the rest of the album will turn out.
