Angela Desveaux is a folk singer from Canada. Her voice, especially on this track, reminded me of Meiko, but most of her other tracks are more country influenced, like Lucinda Williams. I’m not much of a country music fan, but I tend to like “Canadian folk country” musicians such as Kathleen Edwards.
